Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times:
• UK: 2–4 working days
• Tracking provided on all orders.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, email us at admin@joskn.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
